International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) is an American corporation that produces flavors, fragrances, and cosmetic actives, which it markets globally. It is headquartered in New York City and has creative, sales, and manufacturing facilities in 44 different countries.

When IFF decided to expand within Dubai Science Park, they wanted to implement a Laboratory space that represented their global brand, whilst providing insight to their prospective clients on how the S&T process took place, SAY Studio were brought onboard to execute an ambitious brief that was both highly technical, and innovative through design. The team worked closely with the local team, and the international team alike. The final result was a space that re-imagined what a Laboratory can be and set a new global standard for IFF.

TAS were appointed to design the audio-visual, network (active & passive) and security systems for this new extension to the IFF existing facilities – a project which is being executed in three phases, culminating in completion towards the end of 2024.
